Job Opportunity

A leading position has emerged for a Built form Development Manager to collaborate with a project on the Sunshine Coast.

You will be responsible for driving the project strategy of some of its large-scale communities integrating townhouses and apartments with commercial acuity at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of project launch and delivery, inclusive of:
  • Design and planning submissions and approvals
  • Coordination of project launch
  • Leading various aspects of the marketing and sales process
  • Developing and delivering on project vision
  • Awarding, managing and administering contracts
  • Reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly reviews and cash flow management
  • Foster cross-divisional collaboration to maximise overall profitability by leveraging mixed-use capabilities
  • Work with project teams to improve customer experience along the customer journey and ensure professional and timely management of customer issues
  • Manage strategy and implementation of various aspects of sales and marketing process
  • Promote and role model a commitment to sustainability and support delivery of community and environmental shared value proposition
  • Continually monitor market and competitor activity in relation to direction and performance of project, implementing product changes when applicable to maintain competitiveness
  • Develop team culture that delivers high value-add outputs and environment where people excel
  • Empower, lead and coach/mentor junior team members to build engagement, capabilities and knowledge to effectively deliver required outcomes
  • Proactively identify key business risks and initiate risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure all processes are properly implemented within area of responsibility

About You:

  • Degree qualified in related field
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams with adaptive leadership style
  • Solid background in residential development highly regarded
  • Project, planning, cost and risk management expertise
  • Industry knowledge and expertise
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Commercial acumen and significant forecasting and financial management
  • Customer centric, focus on data analytics and insights to inform decision making
  • Self-motivated and results-focused
