Job Title: Community Health Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nutrition Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a Community Health Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nutrition services to individuals and groups, ensuring they receive safe and effective care.

  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to join the DA/APD program.
  • Experience working with clients with chronic diseases and other health issues.
  • Covid-19 vaccination (as per government guidelines).
  • (Desirable) Experience in telehealth.
