Subacute Dietitian Leader

Our hospital is seeking a skilled Subacute Dietitian to provide high-quality nutrition services to patients in subacute settings. As a clinical expert, you will ensure the delivery of outstanding care and lead a team of dietitians.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of dietitians based at our subacute campus working inpatient, home based and outreach services
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior dietitians
  • Be an essential member of the senior dietitians' team

**Requirements**

  • 7 years relevant clinical experience with a broad range of experience in acute and/or sub-acute nutrition care
  • Possess excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Commit to working in a dynamic and supportive environment
