Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill a Senior Business Manager position. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of our best-in-class campaigns.

As a Snr Business Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation of projects and ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery. You will lead journalist relationship-building initiatives across various sectors, develop strategic and tactical client programs, and maintain key relationships with media and opinion leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee junior staff and supervise projects by setting priorities, providing clear briefings, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining deadlines
  • Become a role model for junior staff and actively look to maintain and build positive working relationships
  • Contribute to personal development of junior staff by sharing live feedback, coaching, and inputting into growth development plans
  • Demonstrate commitment to company values by effectively leading the team, demonstrating positive attitude, communication, and problem-solving
