Job Overview

The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in advancing the Vice-Chancellor's priorities and fostering collaboration across divisions. They will be a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, able to distill complex issues and identify effective solutions.

This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, drive high-impact initiatives, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Advance the Vice-Chancellor's priorities effectively, coordinate executive-level initiatives, and ensure smooth operations in the Office of the Vice-Chancellor.
  • Advice and Decision Support: Provide high-level advice, oversee governance processes, and represent the Vice-Chancellor when required.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the Vice-Chancellor has the necessary information and institutional alignment to lead with impact.
