Device Support Specialist

- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Elevate unresolved issues or those failing service level agreements
- Maintain a fleet of devices at optimal operational condition
- Distribute consumables for both in-house and third-party device fleets
- Maximize fleet availability and uptime
- Enable customers to focus on core business operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Log software calls in accordance with customer-defined processes
- Assist with asset management, including maintaining customer floor plans (where available)
- Support recommendations for device maintenance and upgrades
About You:
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience, possibly gained in the service industry or retail environments. A willingness to start your corporate career or transfer your skills from similar roles is advantageous. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and your enthusiasm for problem-solving and resolution are crucial.
This role requires effective communication, technical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
