Mission:
As our Senior Email Campaign Strategist, you will shape and manage our global and regional email campaign strategy. You will monitor contact frequency, email engagement, and opt-outs to drive meaningful customer interactions and support business objectives.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and priorities, enabling you to scope, plan, and deliver campaign recommendations that balance stakeholder needs with best practice and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire customer communications calendar, acting as the front door for internal direct communications requests.
- Act as a strategic advisor, putting customers at the core of everything and making decisive decisions based on information and expertise.
- Guide cross-functional programs across multiple teams to ensure cohesive campaign planning and delivery.
- Regularly communicate results and program status updates, owning the outcome and flagging risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain the master email comms/contact calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across campaigns.
- Continually monitor and optimize campaign schedules to avoid conflicts, overlaps, or audience over saturation.
- Provide contact calendar visibility to different stakeholder groups.
- Categorize campaign briefs by priority, impact, and reach to ensure capacity is dedicated to the right things.
Requirements:
- Optimise processes, set up frameworks, and documentation to streamline cross-functional ways of working.
- Work closely with requesting stakeholders to understand and align on objectives and priorities.
- Provide campaign guidance that balances stakeholder needs with best practice and customer experience.
