Regional Channel Manager Position

We are seeking a strategic professional to lead our partner ecosystem in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, managing, and expanding partnerships across the region.

This role requires strong relationship management skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and ANZ market.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute effective partner strategies to identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new partners aligned with business objectives in ANZ.
  • Develop and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring mutual business growth and long-term collaboration.
  • Closely work with partners to drive sales and revenue growth within the ANZ geography.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with sales team, marketing, product, and technical teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable partnership agreements.
  • Monitor partner performance, conduct regular business reviews, and provide actionable insights to optimize partnership outcomes.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in cybersecurity and related sectors within ANZ.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to enhance brand presence and network within the partner ecosystem.
  • Provide strategic input to internal stakeholders on partner-related opportunities and risks.
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment between the company and its partners to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or alliance management in cybersecurity sectors.
  • Strong understanding of ANZ market dynamics, key industries, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel within the ANZ region as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with channel partners, MSSPs, or Cybersecurity resellers in ANZ.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity products, threat intelligence, or digital risk management solutions.
  • Knowledge of cyber regulations or compliance frameworks relevant to ANZ is a plus.
