Job Description

Would you like to take the lead in expanding a company's presence in the Australian market?

  • Lead and coach country sales and marketing teams to achieve long-term success with topline growth and profitability.
  • Deliver brand and financial growth in the region in line with overall company goals.
  • Optimize distribution and expand key channels including Bike, Automotive, Juvenile, Outdoor/Sport, Luggage.
  • Expand Direct To Consumer footprint, digital as well as with company stores.

In addition, you will also focus on:

  • Developing long-term sales, distribution and marketing plans for existing and new customers with clear actionable targets for the team.
  • Reporting on monthly sales and marketing development as well as monthly qualitative and quantitative forecasting.
  • Having a good understanding of the business and regional marketplace to manage the business through strong partnerships with stakeholders and new accounts as well as the team.
  • Coaching and leading sales and marketing teams to develop strategic thinking, customer relationships and business acumen.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing and distribution strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
