Xavier Children's Support Network is a leading provider of paediatric care services in Brisbane. We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologists to join our team.

Job Description:
  • We offer two exciting opportunities for Speech Pathologists to work with children and young adults with complex disabilities in Brisbane South and Brisbane North.
  • You will have the opportunity to provide paediatric developmental assessments and intervention programs, as well as mobile services in clients' homes or educational settings.

In this role, you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing tailored services for clients within their home, community, or in our clinics.

Requirements:
  • A strong interest in providing paediatric developmental assessments and intervention programs;
  • Knowledge of, and any experience with, AAC and feeding/dysphagia will be highly regarded;
  • Strong clinical and non-clinical problem solving skills;
  • A client centred approach that is both professional and empathetic;
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of our multi-disciplinary team;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • Suitable completion of a recognised degree in Speech Pathology;
  • SPA registration;
  • Willingness to obtain a Medicare provider number;
  • Meet suitability requirements including current police check;
  • Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle;
  • Completion of NDIS Code of Conduct modules.
