Speech Pathologist Career Opportunities

AEIOU Foundation is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional care to children with autism.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to children with autism, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment, sharing your expertise and learning from others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children with autism.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address these disorders.
- Provide therapy sessions to children and their families, using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support children's learning and development.
- Document and report on treatment progress and communicate with families and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
- Registered with Speech Pathology Australia as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.
- Experience working with children with autism and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Passion for working with children and their families, and commitment to providing high-quality services.
