Salary Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive remuneration package ranging from $72,000 to $91,000 (plus annual leave loading and super). Additional benefits include a company car option, phone, laptop, and performance bonuses, with the potential to earn an extra $10-20K annually.

Job Description

As a Speech Pathologist with IAS RECRUITMENT, you will be responsible for delivering speech pathology services across various settings, including homes, schools, community centers, and other diverse environments. You will create and implement therapy plans to help participants reach their goals and maximize NDIS funding, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and building strong relationships with participants and their support networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality speech pathology services across different settings.
  • Create and implement tailored therapy plans to meet individual participant needs.
  • Collaborate with a team of allied health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • SPA registration.
  • A valid driver's license, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
  • Experience working with NDIS/disability is preferred but not essential.
