Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 + Super per annum
About the RoleThis leadership opportunity involves supporting a team of new graduate and junior speech pathologists by providing clinical supervision and mentoring. You will also be responsible for facilitating in-house professional development training sessions and working with a caseload of paediatric clients conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, providing therapy sessions and writing reports to track each client's progress.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, have 4+ years of experience as a Speech Pathologist with a preference for previous supervision experience, be a member of the Speech Pathology Association (SPA) and hold unrestricted working rights in Australia. A driver's license and own vehicle are also required.
