Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead our construction team on diverse commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate trades on site and work closely with the project manager to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Maintain open communication with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in regular WHS inspections and injury/incident investigations to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Ensure environmental controls are suitable, implemented, monitored, and reviewed.
  • Review and understand subcontractor and supplier scope of works.
  • Organize completion of defect works in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar site management role in class 2-9 construction as defined under the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
  • Relevant trade background and competencies.
  • Open Builders Supervision license issued by QBCC.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
