Dining Operations Leader

The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic personality to lead our café team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring guests enjoy first-class service and presentation every time. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and work closely with the kitchen to maintain high standards.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate daily floor operations for efficient and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.
- Build knowledge of food and beverage offerings to promote them confidently to guests.
- Deliver consistent quality and presentation in collaboration with the kitchen team.
- Supervise, train, and support Food & Beverage Attendants to perform at their best.
- A minimum of 12 months supervisory experience in hospitality.
- No less than three years' experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel environment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong self-motivation and confidence to lead a team.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
