This is an exciting opportunity to join our café team and lead the way in providing first-class service and presentation every time. As a dynamic and hands-on leader, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to maintain our high standards and inspire your team to achieve excellence.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.
  • Building a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
  • Supervising, training, and supporting Food and Beverage Attendants to perform at their best.

">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
