- This role involves managing daily café operations, working with a Food & Beverage Manager and building knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Key responsibilities include coordinating floor activities for efficient service delivery and contributing to the achievement of operational goals.
- Strong communication skills are essential in this position as you will work closely with kitchen staff and promote food and beverage items to guests.
- A minimum 12 months of supervisory experience within hospitality is required.
- A strong background in restaurant or hotel management is also necessary.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- This person should be proactive, positive and professional with strong leadership qualities.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings is required.
