A motivated and detail-oriented individual is required to support current and upcoming recruitment processes as a Recruitment Support Officer.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating various activities, from preparing documentation and scheduling interviews to liaising with candidates and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare Recruitment Materials: Role descriptions and job advertisements.
- Schedule Interviews: Virtual and in-person.
- Prepare Interview Packs: Supporting interview setup.
- Provide Professional Communication: To stakeholders and candidates.
- Liaise with Suppliers: Agency suppliers and hiring managers.
- Conduct Reference Checks: As required.
- Maintain Recruitment Records: Accurate records.
- Assist with Project Work: Broader People & Culture activities.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational and Time Management: Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Previous Recruitment Experience: Within a government department or law firm.
- Adaptable Approach: Proactive and adaptable in a changing environment.
- Customer Service Mindset: Ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
