**About the Company**:

As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition team, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. This assignment is a temporary contract for 2-3 months with opportunity for extension. You will be based on site and located in Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop innovative strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administration is required.
- Must hold a minimum Baseline Security Clearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus but not essential.
