**The role**:
Cater Care Services is seeking a passionate, self-motivated and service delivery-focused individual to join our Operations Team in the role of Recruitment Administrator. Using your exceptional administrative skills, this role will see you supporting the Operations team with a heavy focus on supporting the recruitment function.
**What this role involves**:
- Supporting the end to end recruitment process - facilitating pre-employment inductions, booking medicals, reference checks, etc.
- Running of administration for the Operations team including but not limited to
- Generating reports
- Data Entry
- Purchasing and asset control
- Providing assistance to the Operations support teams - Travel, Relief Pool Coordination and Training
- Managing distribution of uniforms
- General administration
**What we require from you**:
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- A passion for customer service excellence
- Minimum 2 years stable employment within administration or recruitment space
- An understanding of working across various hospitality and facilities management functions in challenging environments
- Attention to detail and personal presentation
- Able to work autonomously and within a team
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Google Suite)
- Motivated and accountable
- Resilient and resourceful
