**About the role**
At McNab we not only build legendary buildings, we also build legendary teams. We are a people focused construction business, with a Recruitment and HR team that truly partners with the business. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team and help continue to drive results.
This role will not only work with the wider recruitment team in providing end to end recruitment support from attraction to onboarding, but also provide administrative support to both our Recruitment Manager and General Manager - Talent.
Your responsibilities will include (but are certainly not limited to):
- Administration support through the recruitment process including posting adverts, coordinating interviews, reference checks, drafting contracts and collating onboarding paperwork.
- Executive administration support to the GM - Talent, scheduling meetings, calendar management etc.
- Supporting programmes and initiatives such as apprentice and cadet intakes.
- Actioning all recruitment enquiries received in an efficient manner
- Assisting in the scheduling/coordination of new starter inductions.

- A high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with an ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
- Confidence working with systems and various software.
- Experience in prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
- A solution focussed approach.
- A flexible and adaptive nature that is willing to support others.
