Job Overview

The Senior Marketing Cloud Journey Designer will develop, implement and refine tailored, multi-channel customer experiences that transform how we interact with our clients. This role contributes to lasting and positive impacts that shape the future of our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to capture requirements, identify pain points and design optimised campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Construct, test, and deploy complex multi-channel customer journeys, including decision splits, A/B testing, reporting and refinement
  • Host stakeholder workshops and ideation sessions to shape journey backlogs and explore new initiatives
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns from development and build through to reporting and insights
  • Support governance and testing programs to ensure accuracy, compliance and best practice in client communications
Requirements and Experience
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to engage, influence and educate stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey development, implementation and refinement
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable campaigns and reporting packs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to think big picture
  • Technical capability with tools such as SQL, Data Design, AMPscript, HTML/CSS or related platforms
