We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Broker Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Liberty Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our brokers and BDMs, ensuring a delightful experience for our customers.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Provide exceptional servicing support to brokers in relation to new loan enquiries, applications, or existing loans
  • Help drive our broker communications, including email updates and LinkedIn messaging
  • Proactively follow up sales leads and opportunities to completion
  • Answer inbound calls, answer any questions brokers may have, and help educate them about our personal loans
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • From time to time, support the broader business in initiatives to improve business performance, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction

Your Experience

  • The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of experience in broker support and/or consumer finance sales
  • In that time, you've built a track record of providing quality customer service with a solid phone manner
  • Proactive, a self-starter, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills (familiarity with SalesForce systems would be an advantage)
  • Exposure to consumer lending and credit assessments would be an advantage
