Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate - Craft and Sew Enthusiast, you will be dedicated to providing excellent customer service and supporting customers in their craft and sewing needs. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and contribute to achieving store sales and profit targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing great customer experience and promoting our products effectively
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Assisting customers with product information and demonstrations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Retail experience, preferably within a big-box retail space
  • The ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong teamwork ability and a willingness to collaborate
  • A focus on safety and quality standards
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
