Retail Store Associate with Excellent Customer Service Skills

We are looking for a Retail Store Associate to join our team at OTR, the largest petrol and convenience retail network in Australia.

As a Console Operator, you will be responsible for providing great customer experiences, ensuring the store is always clean and stocked, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn about our products and services. You should be comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be able to lift moderate weights as required.

About You

  • You have excellent customer service skills and are passionate about delivering outstanding experiences.
  • You are self-motivated and can work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • You have basic computer skills and are proficient in handling cash transactions.
  • You are available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
