Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Services Associate to join our team at State Street Corporation. This role will be based in [Location] and will report directly to the Team Lead.

Job Summary:

The Senior Portfolio Services Associate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely client portfolio information delivery. This includes investigating and resolving discrepancies, communicating with clients and internal teams, and analyzing data to identify trends and issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve client queries related to recordkeeping system and file deliveries.
  • Perform daily checks on file deliverables to clients and investigate discrepancies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and issues that may impact client portfolios.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Work independently to research and resolve problems considering multiple avenues for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment operations or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
