This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple clinic locations, where you'll play a vital part in creating meaningful client experiences, supporting clinical teams, and helping people reconnect with the world.

You will travel between clinics in the region, supporting front-of-house and clinic operations. You will also greet and assist clients with empathy, professionalism, and warmth.

Key responsibilities include managing appointment bookings, handling phone enquiries, supporting Audiologists and Hearing Technicians with clinic administration and coordination, educating clients on hearing aid solutions, funding options, and available services, and applying client-specific service and sales strategies to deliver the best outcomes.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, manage stock, and ensure clinic readiness.
