As our Contracts Administrator, you'll be the financial guardian of exciting construction projects, working autonomously on smaller builds or collaborating with our expert team on complex, high-value developments. Your Mission

You'll take ownership of the complete contracts lifecycle, from procurement strategy to final settlements. Think of yourself as both a commercial strategist and risk management expert, ensuring every dollar is maximised and every contract detail protects our interests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Negotiating improved commercial outcomes with trade partners
• Managing subcontract variations and progress claims
• Developing procurement strategies aligned with construction programs
• Maintaining positive project cashflow through strategic planning
• Ensuring full contractual and statutory compliance

What We're Looking For

• A few years as a Contracts Administrator in construction
• Qualifications in Building/Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Strong commercial mindset with proven financial acumen
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience with stakeholder management at all levels

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with Jobpac, Procore, or Bluebeam PDF
• Understanding of accounting procedures
• Track record of successful contract negotiations
