Job Title:

Mental Health Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Leader to oversee and guide our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care to young people.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising clinicians, conducting case reviews, and leading various meetings relating to intake and client management. You will also guide and support evidence-based practices within the team, oversee key partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships, train and mentor new clinicians, and collaborate on strategic initiatives with the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinicians and conduct case reviews
  • Lead various meetings relating to intake and client management
  • Guide and support evidence-based practices within the team
  • Oversee key partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Train and mentor new clinicians
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives with the Operations Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Approved tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (such as Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nursing or Occupational Therapy)
  • Provisional or full membership with AHPRA or an appropriate professional body
