Job Title: Stockroom Manager

At Sephora, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stockroom Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management and reduce shrinkage.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Train and educate the store team on inventory management procedures and policies.
  • Process and manage returns, exchanges, and damaged goods.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP.
