Job Title: Operational Due Diligence Manager
">Cbus Super Fund is seeking a skilled Operational Due Diligence Manager to lead the effective implementation of our Operational Due Diligence framework. This critical role will drive an optimised and sustainable balance between risk, reward, and support of Investments and Investment Enablement through developing and advocating for strong risk frameworks and ensuring robust compliance within Investments.

- Conducting operational due diligence of investment managers;">
- Providing risk reporting and communications; and,">
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.">
To succeed in this role, you will require significant experience in investment compliance and investment operational risk, ideally within a superannuation fund or investment environment. You will also need excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
">This is a line 1 risk role within the broader Business Risk and Compliance Team. It requires a deep understanding of risk management principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
