Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of liability claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
- Conduct thorough investigations, assess liability, and negotiate settlements to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and risk management, to ensure seamless claims handling and minimize losses.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain expertise and provide informed guidance to clients and stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in liability claims management, preferably with an insurer or legal firm.
- Strong knowledge of liability claims principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and business growth.
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
