Key Responsibilities

  • IT Strategy & Roadmap: Contribute to the development and execution of the IT Strategy, focusing on emerging technologies like AI, computer vision, edge, and IoT.
  • Program Delivery: Lead the delivery of tech spikes, prototypes, and MVP solutions, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Innovation Platforms: Oversee the development and operation of innovation platforms, setting standards and maximizing value delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 10-20 people, developing their capabilities in line with our company values.
  • Vendor Management: Lead vendor engagements and drive procurement decisions, ensuring third-party services meet our high standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to prioritize and schedule project pipelines.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in scoping, building, and delivering new solutions such as innovative PoCs and MVPs.
  • Domain knowledge in emerging technologies (e.g., AI, computer vision, edge, and IoT).
  • Experience in IT strategy delivery and agile project management.
  • Strong background in managing large teams and complex projects.
  • Expertise in design thinking, DevOps, and innovation frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Graduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or similar; a Master's degree in Business is preferred.
  • Previous experience in data engineering, data science, or machine learning preferred.
