Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope of works, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including landowners, regulatory bodies, contractors, suppliers, and network service providers.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits.
  • Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE): Ensure projects are delivered in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, adhering to company QHSE policies.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, ensuring alignment with company budget and financial targets.
  • Project Handover: Ensure smooth project handover, including finalization of project approvals and implementation of project plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Project Management Role or Site Management Role.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Education: Tertiary qualification in Project Management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry trends, codes, and regulatory requirements.
