Uniting Preschool Caringbah is a vital part of our local community, providing young children with the essential skills to thrive in their educational journey and beyond.
## Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and passionate Educators and Early Childhood Teachers who are dedicated to delivering high-quality education and care to preschool-aged children. If you are a committed Educator who is not afraid to engage with children on their level and provide support and hands-on activities to help them grow and develop, we want to hear from you.
## Key Responsibilities
* Provide quality education and care to children to support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework
* Contribute to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework
* Develop positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and community members
* Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities
* Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes
## Requirements
* Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum) or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (for ECTs)
* A work history that demonstrates recording observations, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework
* Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members
