Early Childhood Educator

Uniting Preschool Caringbah is a cornerstone of our local community, providing young children with the essential skills to thrive in their educational journey and beyond.
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Educators and Early Childhood Teachers who share our enthusiasm for delivering high-quality education and care to preschool-aged children.

Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of programs that align with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
- Establish positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and the community.
- Foster play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
- Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum) or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (for ECTs).
- A work history that demonstrates recording observations, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
