We are seeking a passionate and experienced Science teacher to join our dynamic and innovative Science Department at De La Salle Catholic College Caringbah.

As a Science Teacher, you will educate the next generation of scientific thinkers, preparing them to engage with and contribute to the world around them, while being supported by an experienced team of experts dedicated to inspiring and stretching our students' thinking, knowledge, and skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students.
• Demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Science. The ability to teach RE is advantageous.
• Utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress.
• Employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Education.
• Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
