Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking experienced and passionate Educators and Early Childhood Teachers who share our commitment to delivering high-quality education and care. We strive to build a team of committed educators who provide a nurturing environment and tailored programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs that align with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and community members.
- Create play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
- Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum) or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (for ECTs).
- Proven experience in recording observations, writing learning stories, and supporting curriculum planning.
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
