We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of POS Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing point-of-sale operations, ensuring a fast and efficient shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, leading by example and guiding the point-of-sale team
  • Processing sales, including refunds and exchanges as the lead POS operator
  • Being the first point of contact for customer queries via phone
  • Ensuring compliance to all transactions and cash handling procedures
  • Supporting the management team in training and coaching the POS team on process and customer service delivery

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within retail or a similar industry
  • A passion for creating an amazing service experience for our customers
  • Cash-handling and tender management experience is preferred
  • The ability to make decisions and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively and professionally
