Job Title: Sales Team Leader

The role involves working alongside an experienced leadership team within a state-of-the-art showroom as the Assistant New Car Sales Manager. You will help drive our vision of 'Complete Customer Satisfaction' while taking advantage of an uncapped commission structure.

The successful candidate will possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems and have excellent operational skills to assist the New Vehicle department. Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably.

Requirements:

  • Automotive Sales Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales is essential.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.
  • Driver's License: Hold a current driver's license.
