About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and seamless production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
- Maintain and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to production staff, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance product quality and output
- Promote a safe work environment by following all relevant health and safety protocols
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of production processes and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for detail
- Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
