Production Management Role Overview

This position involves overseeing the delivery of manufactured products, with a focus on quality and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes are well-managed and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Implement and maintain effective HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) practices within the manufacturing department.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful execution of project programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or delivery management role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong initiative and drive for success, with a focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote cohesive teamwork.
  • Proficient in implementing efficiency improvements and streamlining processes.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to manufacturing and product delivery.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia without restriction.
