**Job Overview:**

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to join our glass production facility. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about manufacturing and is looking for a challenging role.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and adjust automated forming equipment to meet production specifications
  • Inspect products, report defects, and support quality improvements
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and assist in reducing downtime
  • Follow all safety and environmental protocols
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and confidence working with automated machinery
  • A strong safety mindset and a proactive approach to safety
  • Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Exposure to SCADA/PLC systems and continuous production environments is desirable
  • A team player who communicates well and works collaboratively
