The Chief Information Officer will play a critical part in shaping the company's future through technology innovation, governance, and strategic execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Develop and deliver IT strategies aligned with business goals, driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Lead the deployment and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps) and Customer Engagement (CE) platforms.
- Oversee Azure cloud architecture and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with Essential Eight Level 2 standards.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including eCommerce, data analytics, and automation, to enhance customer experience and business performance.
- Safeguard business-critical systems with high availability, robust disaster recovery (DRP), and business continuity planning (BCP).
- Build and inspire high-performing IT teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify technology opportunities that deliver strategic value and operational efficiency.
- Lead vendor negotiations and partnerships to support long-term technology goals.
- Ensure cohesive enterprise architecture and system integration across the organisation.
