Claims and Case Management Professional

Job Overview:

This role will provide administrative support to case managers engaged in liability investigations. The successful candidate will review the status of claims, progress cases by gathering outstanding information, and manage email inboxes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with updates on their cases and request outstanding information.
  • Explain the case journey via email, phone, letter, and SMS.
  • Follow up outstanding documentation and maintain orderly case management practices regarding status.
  • Respond to requests within a timely manner.
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Document management, placing appropriate documentation onto clients' electronic files.
  • Meet all performance metrics on a weekly basis that focus on the expected number of case updates to be completed.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to learn and work with multiple data systems.
  • Experienced user of MS Office.
  • High typing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High-level client service skills, including phone and written contact with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
