Overview
GROW Inc is a Australian FinTech company founded in 2016, solving problems in the Superannuation and Managed Funds industry. The organization is building DLTA, a platform on Distributed Ledger Technology to improve the financial wellbeing of Australians and make Super more timely and information more accessible.
We're looking for a Claims Case Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end claims management within defined SLAs, quality assurance, incident handling, and collaboration with training and development to support the claims administration team.
Responsibilities
Ensure claim work items are completed within agreed SLAs and communicate any potential SLA risks ahead of time for corrective action.
Claims Case Management: Manage your own claim portfolio accurately, ensuring compliance with SLAs, business rules, life code, SIS Act and super code regulations.
Team Quality Assurance: Perform QA tasks and end-to-end claim reviews to ensure proficient and accurate case management; coach administrators to address quality gaps.
Incident Management: Report incidents within SLA timeframes and assist with incident remediation when requested.
Handle complex enquiries raised internally and externally (client and/or insurer) and ensure answers are provided within agreed SLAs.
SOPs: Provide SME input for SOPs and ensure all actions are completed within agreed timeframes.
Complaint management: Support complaint management activities with internal and external stakeholders related to Insurance Claims and RG271 when requested.
Training Facilitation: Collaborate with the training and development team to plan, organize, and deliver training sessions for the claims administration team.
