Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Join us to apply for the Maintenance Supervisor role, leading a team of tradespeople in performing maintenance on plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the execution of a preventative maintenance programme to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely, competently, and in line with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical leadership to the maintenance team, setting expectations, ensuring accountability, and maximising plant efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to deliver efficient service and minimise downtime.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and equipment records in alignment with standard operating procedures.
  • Drive plant improvements by managing equipment modifications that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.
  • Take a lead role in identifying and resolving hazards; develop engineering-based safety solutions.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, track key safety KPIs, and support site-wide initiatives.

You Will Possess The Following Skills
  • Trade qualification
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 4 years)
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Electrical licence (preferred)
  • Forklift licence (preferred)
