Job Title: Facilities Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of facilities operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Development and implementation of effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and projects.
  • Identification and mitigation of potential risks and hazards within the facilities environment.
  • Establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

 

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within a multi-site estate.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices in the UK.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and environments.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
