Job Overview

The Facilities Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and customers to foster long-term growth and satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership to your team to achieve business objectives, creating a culture that prioritizes safety above all else.
  • Manage the delivery of Emergency, Environmental, and Work Health and Safety requirements for the Accommodation facility and its licensed area, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Oversee staff and sub-contractors to guarantee operational delivery requirements are met within budget and quality parameters, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review policy and procedures related to site management, driving process improvement and best practices.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on a strict timeline, providing timely insights and facilitating informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven operational experience in Site Management (soft and/or hard Facilities Management and/or Accommodation Management), with a demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
  • A hands-on and proactive approach to facility management, coupled with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership and people management experience, with a talent for motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including report writing, computer literacy, and customer service standards, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
