Job Title:

Reliability Support Administrator

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing maintenance work orders, purchasing spare parts, coordinating training, and providing administrative support to the reliability and engineering teams.

The successful candidate will have experience working as a spares purchaser or purchasing officer, with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.

They will also have SAP purchasing experience, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with internal and external clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working as a spares purchaser or purchasing officer
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
  • SAP purchasing experience - essential
  • Ability to work in a coordinated and collaborative manner
  • Ability to work autonomously when required
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both internal and external clients
